Maddy Donohue Makeup provides professional makeup services for weddings, elopements, quinceañeras, birthdays, proms, photoshoots, formal events, special occasions, lessons, and other events.

Services are customized according to the client's requested look, event details, schedule, location, and other relevant circumstances. Availability, pricing, timing, and service details must be confirmed by Maddy Donohue Makeup.

Maddy Donohue Makeup does not currently provide hairstyling or airbrush makeup. Hairstylist recommendations may be available upon request, but any recommended provider operates independently.

Submitting an inquiry does not create an appointment, reserve a date, or guarantee availability.

A booking becomes confirmed only after:

• Maddy Donohue Makeup approves the requested service, date, time, and location;
• Any required agreement has been accepted; and
• The required deposit or payment has been received.

Maddy Donohue Makeup accepts inquiries at any time, but appointment availability must be confirmed. Website statements concerning 24-hour or seven-day availability mean that inquiries may be submitted at any time; they do not guarantee that every requested appointment time is available.

Current pricing may appear on the website or be provided directly to the client. Website pricing may be updated prospectively at any time.

The price stated in the client's confirmed written quote, booking, or service agreement controls if it differs from general website information.

Custom pricing may apply based on:

• Service type
• Number of clients
• Event schedule
• Location and travel
• Additional artists
• Last-minute booking
• Other customized requirements

A 20% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a wedding or event date unless Maddy Donohue Makeup agrees to different written payment terms.

For weddings, the remaining balance is due no later than seven days before the wedding date. No refund will be issued after the final payment has been made.

A requested date is not reserved until the required deposit is successfully received and Maddy Donohue Makeup confirms the booking.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the booking, subject to any separate written service agreement.

The initial 20% deposit is nonrefundable. Final payments are nonrefundable once made.

Cancellation, rescheduling, date-transfer, and credit decisions not expressly addressed in these Terms are subject to the client's applicable written service agreement and Maddy Donohue Makeup's written approval.

Maddy Donohue Makeup does not guarantee that a requested alternative date or time will be available.

Maddy Donohue Makeup is available to travel for weddings and events.

Travel within Northern California is charged at $75 per hour in each direction, unless different travel terms are stated in the client's written quote or agreement.

Destination weddings outside Northern California require direct consultation with Maddy Donohue Makeup. Availability, travel charges, scheduling requirements, and other arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

There is no general minimum or maximum party size.

For parties with more than five people receiving makeup services, Maddy Donohue Makeup may bring a second makeup artist to maintain the required event schedule. Any applicable pricing or arrangements for an additional artist will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

Bridal trials are available and may be scheduled separately. A trial does not reserve a wedding date unless the applicable deposit has also been paid and the wedding booking has been confirmed.

Trial pricing, location, preparation, and scheduling details will be provided during the booking process.

Clients agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate contact, event, and service information
• Disclose known skin sensitivities, allergies, or relevant concerns before service
• Follow reasonable preparation instructions provided by Maddy Donohue Makeup
• Arrive or be ready at the agreed time
• Provide appropriate access to the service location
• Promptly communicate material schedule, location, or party-size changes
• Ensure that uploaded photographs are submitted with appropriate permission

Maddy Donohue Makeup will make reasonable efforts to tailor services to disclosed skin types, sensitivities, allergies, ages, and skin tones. However, no cosmetic product or application can be guaranteed to be free of all risk of irritation or reaction.

Clients may submit inspiration or reference photos to communicate a desired makeup look. Clients retain their rights in submitted content but grant Maddy Donohue Makeup permission to view, store, and use that content as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry and provide requested services.

Submitting an inspiration or reference image does not give Maddy Donohue Makeup permission to publish it for advertising or portfolio use. Separate permission must be obtained before client-submitted images are used publicly.

The website may use third-party scheduling and payment services, including Acuity Scheduling and Square.

Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Maddy Donohue Makeup is not responsible for service interruptions, processing delays, or other circumstances caused solely by an independent third-party platform.

If a transaction fails or is declined, the applicable appointment is not considered paid until successful payment is confirmed.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems
• Interfere with the website's operation or security
• Upload malicious files or code
• Use the website to violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights
• Copy or exploit website content without authorization

Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, graphics, branding, logos, design elements, and original portfolio materials belong to Maddy Donohue Makeup or are used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected website content without prior written permission.

We strive to keep website information accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or current.

Website photographs and examples illustrate previous work or potential styles. Individual results vary based on features, skin, preferences, products, lighting, environment, and other circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maddy Donohue Makeup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from the use or inability to use the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Any additional service-specific limitations are governed by the applicable written service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes apply prospectively when the revised Terms are posted with a new “Last updated” date.

Material changes to SMS terms will not replace any consent required by applicable law.
